- First fold the mattress at 1/3 area, then fold the mattress into three layers like folding a blanket;
- Place the mattress into package and then put it in dry area;
- Don’t place weight on mattress when store the mattress.
- Precautions for use:
- Never use controllers on mattress;
- Never disassemble the controller;
- Pull off the power cord when not use or leave;
- When use on extreme soft mattress, never bump the mattress and do strenuous exercise on mattress;
- Never spray water on mattress;
- Never use the mattress over time under high temperature;
- Never put the other heating devices such as heater on mattress;
- Never puncture the mattress using needle or knife;
- Never cover part of the mattress using liner or blanket;
- When the elder, patients or children use, there must have the guardian to accompany them;
- The service would be charged after maintenance if the damage were caused by careless use within guarantee period of one year.
Hazard indication: - Stop use the equipment immediately if short circuit breaker trip under the conditions of power supply being turned on;
- Never connect the damaged plug into outlet, and pull off the power cord forcefully;
- The patients with severe diseases such as tumor, hypertension, heart disease, sensory disturbance or at the area with skin diseases should consult the doctor before use;
- The damaged jade, germanite and tourmaline may cut finger;
- If any problems occur, the use should be stopped;
- Never do any disassemble when switch on the power;
- Never place the volatile substances such as benzene, diluent agents or kerosene on mattress;
- Once found abnormality, such as abnormal smell, smoking and fire, the use should be stopped.
Failure diagnosisA. Keep the mattress in warm state before inspection.
Inspect the heating indicators before turn the temperature button to its maximal value;
The heating indicator shall go out if over hot;
B. When unable to use the heating function:
Inspect the power switch;
Inspect the plug;
C. If the mattress and controller are wetted, you must contact the maintainer before use.
D. Encase it into the packaging bag for mattress when necessary for repair.
If no damage on mattress:
Inspect whether or not the mattress is connected with controller. After powered on, the product is not damaged if the indicator for controller is always in activated state, even not connected with mattress.
The mattress cannot be warmed upIf necessary to warm up the mattress completely, a thinner layer of pad can be extended on mattress to prevent heat elimination.
The mattress send off odorWhen first purchase and use mattress, the smell sent off from mattress comes from the volatile substances constituting the fabric of mattress. And the smell shall disappear after about one week.
The sound made by mattressThe sound made by vibration and ultra low frequency magnetic heating is normal.
